About Michelle M. Olson, MD
Michelle Olson, MD, is a colon and rectal surgeon with more than 18 years of experience. Board certified in General Surgery and Colon and Rectal Surgery, she is highly-skilled in surgically treating disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus including diverticulitis, colorectal cancers, colon polyps, inflammatory bowel disease, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, anal fistula, and fecal incontinence.
In addition to her active practice, Dr. Olson is the Vice President of Graduate Medical Education at Methodist Dallas Medical Center. She is an experienced educator of medical students, allied professions students, and residents, and recognized by the American College of Surgeons as a Master Surgeon Educator.
